I am mounting some cedar to a wall to hold tools. I am using torex screws that with a small head that would bury in the cedar without a washer. The screws match the brass patina nicely. The washers are stout enough to be screwed in snug.
I have bought those hinges but in different size 2 years ago, I was satisfied with the quality. When I wanted new hinges to match the old ones, I was really disappointed in the difference of quality. The new hinges have a much poorer finish and look nothing like the photos. I am sure this will be my last purchase
